The Custom Comfort showroom doors are open and we are set up to follow the OC Health Care Agency safety guidelines. We will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To ensure the safety of all clients and team members every step of the way…

  • All staff will be wearing protective face masks, and customers are encouraged to do the same
  • Plenty of uncrowded space to shop, ensuring social distancing of six feet or more
  • Guest are encouraged to shop with a maximum of two family members
  • Elevated cleaning practices, including disinfecting all high-touch, high-traffic areas throughout the day
  • As always, clean, sanitized pillowcases and linens are used during each sleep consultation
  • Hand-sanitizing station for convenience
  • Threshold or White-Glove Delivery within 2-3 days of order
    • Our delivery staff follows a high level of safety and hygiene, wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers during your installation
    • Physical-distancing standards of six feet or more to be maintained at all times
  • Contactless Curbside Pick-up at our factory warehouse if you prefer this service over Delivery (save $50.00)
Our Staff
  • Our employees will stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick
  • Consistent and proper hand-washing by all team members every 30 minutes
  • All employees will have a temperature check before starting a shift
