What Does Our Warranty Cover?

Every Custom Comfort mattress is designed to meet the highest standards of quality and comfort. We stand behind our products, offering a warranty that covers any defects in manufacturing or materials. Should your mattress show signs of a warranted defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please refer to the Warranty Code Chart on your mattress’s law label to determine the specific terms and coverage for your product.

Normal Wear and Usage

It’s important to note that slight impressions and natural wear are to be expected as you use your mattress. At Custom Comfort, we consider an impression of 1 inch or less as normal and not a defect. This standard ensures that your mattress continues to provide the comfort and support you need without compromising on quality.
