When you schedule an appointment with us, you are one step closer to finding your perfect bed. If nothing else, by the time you leave, you’ll be the ever-informed mattress shopper who knows exactly what he or she wants in a mattress. A sleep consultation appointment might sound clinical, but you can leave your bite guard at home!
What is a sleep consultation appointment anyway?
You will meet with a Comfort Rep, who will sit down with you to go over any concerns you may have regarding your sleep. You will be asked about your sleep duration, quality, disturbances, frequency and more. The more you can share about sleep issues, the closer we get to finding your perfect bed.
What is the goal of the appointment?
The objective is for us to get you sleeping better. We want you on a bed that gives you the best sleep possible. Based on what we learned from you, we can direct you to the beds we’ve assessed for you. Getting a good night’s sleep has so much to do with comfort. Our Comfort Reps are knowledgable professionals. They know about our natural materials and can explain pros and cons of certain materials, including health benefits. We will be able to tell you which bed will work better for you than another and why. Even if you don’t buy from us, you will leave your appointment a well-informed shopper.
How long will this appointment last?
It’s really your call, but we ask that you set aside about one hour for the appointment. We are committed to find you the best bed that you’re comfortable with, both physically and financially. If that means you’re trying out beds for hours on end — so be it!
How should I dress for my appointment?
Dress comfortably. This usually means loose-fitting pants for men and women. Remember, you’ll be trying out beds in your natural sleeping position. We recommend spending 15-20 minutes per bed. It takes our body a little bit of time to really relax.
Do I have to buy something?
NO. You do not have to buy anything.
Will I be pressured?
Our sales staff does not work on commission. We feel that pressure comes with sales people and their numbers game. We’ve taken that element out. If you do buy from us, there is no pressure. Our sales staff does not benefit if they sell you a more expensive bed. You won’t be pressured to buy anything. Promise!
